Q. What products can I purchase from KBC?

A. KBC provides a broad range of beautiful and durable quality cabinet lines from affordable builder and multi-family project oriented cabinetry, to semi-custom, full custom, and frameless full access cabinetry.  We also offer an extensive selection of countertop products including laminates, cultured marble, granite, quartz engineered stones, and Corian.  Our kitchen and bathroom designs are also enhanced with a wide selection of designer sinks, faucets and beautiful accent hardware selection options.

Q. What areas does Kitchen & Bath Creations serve?

A. KBC proudly serves Maryland, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Delaware and some areas of southern Pennsylvania.

Q. Do you work with green or eco-friendly products?

A. Yes we do! Kitchen and Bath Creations is the area-leader in supplying green eco-friendly framed and frameless cabinetry product choices through the Executive Cabinetry, Smart Cabinetry, and Tedd Wood product lines. We also provide a tremendous range of eco-friendly counter top surfaces in engineered stones, such as IceStone and PaperStone.

Contractors would be happy to know that, these lines are manufactured using materials and finishes that depending upon your selected certification level in the USGBC LEED Green Building Rating System, may qualify for up to 7 LEED points, or up to 24 NAHB Green Building Standard Points.

Q. Are you all-inclusive? Are there products or services that are needed for the project that you do NOT offer?

A. KBC is primarily a cabinet and countertop supplier specializing in award winning designs.   However, we do have a relationship with Sears for appliances, as well as many reliable contractors. Simply tell us that you are interested in a recommended contractor.

Q. What is the general process for creating my new kitchen or bathroom?

A. We like to consider ourselves to be your partner during renovation. Our detail oriented service is designed to escort you throughout the entire design and remodeling process. Take a look at “The KBC Experience…What To Expect”.

Q. Can you work with a contractor or architect that I have chosen?

A. Yes, KBC is a kitchen and bath products supplier. Our designers will be happy to coordinate with your architect and contractor to be certain you are receiving the best service possible.

Q. How long will it take to renovate my kitchen?

A. The time it takes to complete your kitchen depends on the materials that are ordered.  Typically, projects range from 1 week for basic stock items to 8 weeks for fully customized cabinets.

Q. Do you sell appliances?

A. No, we do not sell appliances. However, we do have a relationship with Sears, a well established and trusted appliance provider.  They can work with us to provide you with the best appliances appropriate for your project and budget.

Q. I am NOT a professional contractor, can I buy supplies from you and perform some of the work myself?

A. Professional installation is recommended with all of the products that we supply. If you choose to perform self installation please understand that you do so at your own risk and Kitchen and Bath Creations is not responsible for damages or injuries.

Q. I am a builder/contractor, can I purchase cabinets or countertops from KBC, without purchasing installations services?

A. Yes, KBC is a proud supplier of cabinets and countertop surfaces to industry professionals.

Q. Does KBC offer installation?

A. KBC does not install cabinets for homeowners.  We have prepared a list of MHIC licensed and insured contractors with whom we do business on a regular basis for cabinet installation in new homes.

Q. What type of payment do you accept? Is financing available?

A. We accept cash, check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.
