COVID-19 Showroom Operating Procedures
Everyone’s Safety Is Our Top Priority

As more businesses begin to reopen and life with COVID-19 begins to take shape, we wanted to share with you the measures we are taking to make sure that you, our employees, and our community are safe. We have implemented the following procedures in our day-to-day operations:
Face Masks and Gloves
All KBC showrooms will require employees and customers to wear masks and gloves while in the showroom. Additionally, employees will be required to wear masks and gloves during any in-home appointments, cabinets deliveries, and installations. All customers are kindly asked to do the same when unable to safely social distance from our employees.
Social Distancing
At our showrooms, we have set up chairs that are 6′ apart. We will also practice social distancing for in-home appointments, deliveries, and installations.
Additionally, we can still set up Virtual Design and Budget consultations through video conferencing to assist you with your kitchen or bathroom project.
Hand Washing and Showroom Sanitizing
Hand washing stations and hand sanitizer are available in every showroom. We ask all clients entering the showroom to sanitize their hands and use gloves, which will be provided.
All showrooms are sanitized daily per CDC guidelines, and a thorough cleaning is done weekly. Customers are asked to leave out any samples they touch so that they may be properly sanitized before being put away.
